When we talk about "ManicTime", "we", "our", or "us" in this policy, we are referring to Finkit d.o.o., the company which provides the Services. When we talk about the "Services" in this policy, we are referring to ManicTime productivity tools and platform.

Your privacy is very important to us. ManicTime products are designed to work on your hardware with no need for outside services. Your data is your own. However during your use of our Services we may get some information.

What information do we collect?

1. When you give it to us or give us permission to obtain it

When you sign up for email or when you purchase one of our products, you voluntarily give us certain information. When you have problems with ManicTime, we might ask you for your logs. ManicTime is a worldwide service. By using our products or services, you authorize us to transfer and store your information outside of your home country, for the purposes described in this policy. ManicTime was designed with privacy over in mind. Most of the data never leaves your machine, however you still have a couple of options which affect your privacy. You can:

  • Disable daily checks for a new version.
  • Don't send crash reports.
  • Uninstall our products at any time.

If we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

How do we make changes to this policy?

We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use ManicTime after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or get your consent as required by law.
