When we talk about "ManicTime", "we", "our", or "us" in this policy, we are referring to Finkit d.o.o., the company which provides the Services. When we talk about the "Services" in this policy, we are referring to ManicTime productivity tools and platform.


Your privacy is very important to us. ManicTime products are designed to work on your hardware with no need for outside services. Your data is your own. However during your use of our Services we may get some information.

What information do we collect?

We collect information in a few different ways:

1. When you give it to us or give us permission to obtain it

When you sign up for email or when you purchase one of our products, you voluntarily give us certain information. This can include your name, address, the email address or phone number you used to sign up, and any other information you provide us. When you have problems with ManicTime, we might ask you for your logs. Logs can also contain some personal information, like the name of the account which you use to logon to your operating system and folder structure.

2. We also get technical information when you use our products

When you use our products, we may get information about your operating system and your IP.

We use the information we collect to make Services better, develop new products and to help with problems arising from the use of our products.

ManicTime is a worldwide service. By using our products or services, you authorize us to transfer and store your information outside of your home country, for the purposes described in this policy. The privacy protections and the rights of authorities to access your personal information in such countries may not be equivalent to those in your home country.

What choices do you have about your information?

ManicTime was designed with privacy in mind. Most of the data never leaves your machine, however you still have a couple of options which affect your privacy. You can:

  • Disable daily checks for a new version.
  • Don't send crash reports.
  • Uninstall our products at any time.

How and when do we share information?

If we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

How do we make changes to this policy?

We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use ManicTime after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or get your consent as required by law.
