If you want to try it without the cloud, then download the server here and follow these instructions. This option is recommended only if you're comfortable with more technical setup.

Mac

If you’d rather use ManicTime without the cloud, you can run the Docker version of ManicTime Server on your Mac. This option is recommended only if you're comfortable with more technical setup.

Team or company

To try ManicTime in a team environment, we suggest you first install ManicTime Server, then connect ManicTime Clients to it.

1. Download the server here. Then follow these instructions to install it. During server setup choose Trial license.

2. Once the server is running, you can download, install and connect ManicTime clients.

If you later decide to purchase a license, you can simply enter it in Administration section on the server, and it will automatically apply to all connected clients.
